Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery costs £3.99 per order. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Returns
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty. Pet clothing must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
