1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website or purchase products from UPDUK Ltd (“UPDUK”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including Diznabi Care oils and pet clothing or accessories. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
2. Contacting us
For order questions, cancellations, returns or complaints, email uni.pduk@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number so that we can assist you.
3. Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens and natural variation in materials or botanical ingredients. Product packaging or presentation may occasionally change without affecting the essential nature of the product.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will contact you if this affects your purchase.
5. Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery information is incomplete or incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is currently £3.99 and is normally estimated at 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
7. Your right to cancel an online order
For most goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days beginning the day after you receive the goods. To cancel, email us clearly stating that you wish to cancel and include your order number. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty.
8. Condition of returned goods and exceptions
Please take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. We may reduce a refund where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item and causes a loss in value.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic or personal-care products may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once their seal has been broken, where the law permits this exception. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.
9. Refunds
Where a valid cancellation applies, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. We do not have to refund any extra amount paid for a premium delivery option. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until the goods or suitable evidence of return has been received.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, and provide your order details and, where helpful, photographs. We will deal with the matter in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. We will cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
11. Product use and safety
Diznabi Care oils are cosmetic products for external use only unless the individual product label expressly states otherwise. Read the label and ingredients before use, follow the directions, carry out a patch test where appropriate, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep products away from children and pets. Product information is not medical advice and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Choose pet clothing and accessories in a suitable size and inspect them before each use. Pets should be supervised while using wearable items or accessories. Stop use if an item becomes damaged, causes discomfort or presents a risk of entanglement. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your intended use.
12. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to any conditions stated with the offer. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may be limited to one per order and may be withdrawn or changed before an order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
13. Intellectual property and website use
The website content, branding, product names, photographs, text and designs are owned by or licensed to UPDUK Ltd. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without prior written permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
14. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
15. Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud and operate the website. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal data is handled.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact affected customers where appropriate.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
These terms are intended as general customer information and do not replace rights provided by law.
